Dr Gowher Rizvi

Gowher Rizvi is a Bangladeshi historian, scholar and academic. Currently he is the International Affairs adviser to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.  Prior to that he was MacArthur Fellow in International Relations at Nuffield College, Oxford University. He was an editor of Contemporary South Asia and a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society. He held various appointments at Oxford University, the University of Warwick, the University of Canterbury, Harvard Kennedy School and the University of Virginia. His publications cover the disciplines of history, international relations and public policy.

Dr. Donald Sloan

Donald Sloan is Founder and Chair of the Oxford Cultural Collective, an international educational and cultural institute working in the fields of hospitality and gastronomy (https://oxfordculturalcollective.com/).  Much of his work is focused on the creation of new educational centres in partnership with universities, in multiple locations internationally. Prior to founding the Oxford Cultural Collective, Donald was Head of the Oxford School of Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University, a position he held from 2003 to 2017. In that role he was responsible for the performance of the School across all of its key areas of activity – the provision of an outstanding student experience, the production of internationally recognised research, productive engagement with industry and other external bodies, and reputation enhancement. Throughout his tenure the school received many plaudits, including being ranked in the top three hospitality schools the world in 2016 at the prestigious Worldwide Hospitality Awards. Donald is a Trustee of the Jane Grigson Trust, a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, an Honorary Fellow of the Council for Hospitality Management Education and elected member of St Cross College, University of Oxford. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Higher Education Management from University College London (UCL).

Dr. Md. Sabur Khan

Md. Sabur Khan, the Chairman of Daffodil International University (DIU) & Daffodil Family has been striving to be one of the leading ICT & Education providers in Bangladesh.

He started his career as an IT business man in the very beginning of nineties (1990). He could foresee the booming demand of skilled IT personnel in & abroad and merged his IT knowledge & vision with orthodox education system of the country to make poverty free, self sufficient generation. Different wings, under the large shade of Daffodil Group, have been involved in more than a dozen of large-scale projects and successfully managed to find sure solutions for ICT services and education.

Md. Sabur Khan has elected as the Vice President of the Association of Universities of Asia & the Pacific (AUAP). He is also the Standing Committee Member of the Asian University President’s Forum (AUPF). He was holding the position as Director of World Information Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) and Chairman of Global Trade Committee of WITSA. He had been elected as the President of The Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) for the year of 2013. He is also the former president of Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS).
